The whole inspection contains five major categories. Random Sampling, Check the Printed information of the Carton(like shipping mark), box and product, Check the appearance, General Tests. (More details are in the actual report)
1. Random Sampling. There are two methods can be used to examine products' quality: whole inspection and sampling inspection. However whole inspection is applicable when the quantity of products is not very large, so the sampling inspection is more common. We use the internationally standard table ANSI Z1.4- 2003 to select certain quantity of products to make the inspection and by using scientifical methods to judge the defects of all the products.
2. Check the Printed information of the Carton, box and product, it is the basic of doing other inspections and make sure the printed information are met client requirements.
3. Check the appearance, it is knwn that one product is better than the other of the same type is because of a better job in little place. Thus, we carefully check the appearance to make sure that the product will not influence the sell in market, if possible, we hope the appearance can give potential customers with visual pleasure and promote the sell.
4. General Test to make sure the products will not go wrong in a easy way. Most of the products got defects in this process, and it's the major content of the whole inspection, on neglect can be accepted.
